All of our sessions are therapeutic in nature, meaning that we take time to evaluate your concerns, work on areas that are causing you pain and try to offer you information that may help in your recovery. However, if you need more intensive work or have a particular disorder/condition or injury, a more clinical approach will be given. We also offer Swedish, relaxation sessions but most of our clients come to us for pain relief.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. We understand that sometimes this is not possible, but please be considerate of our time and let us know as soon as you can. Our schedule is very busy and we almost always have a cancelation list.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” If this happens on a regular basis, the therapist reserves the right to decline working on that client, in the future. We believe our time with you is valuable. Although we do understand that at times we all forget our appointments, please understand that this interrupts our daily schedule and results in someone else not being able to receive an appointment time.

Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. We have to abide by this due to the demand for our services. We are almost always fully booked and usually only have 15-30 minutes in between each session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Sexual misconduct
Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made towards your therapist will result in immediate termination of the session, prompt payment for the entire session, and a lifetime ban from returning to our office. Depending on the severity of the offense, law enforcement may be called.
A Word About Scheduling
Due to the demand for our services, it may take some time to get in for an appointment. We will try to get you in as quickly as possible but sometimes it may take several weeks. Kelly Endsley’s schedule is closed to all new clients, except for certain critical circumstances.
